I, Joanna Cooke, understand that your privacy and the security of your personal information is extremely important. This policy sets out what I do with your personal information, from where and how I receive it, as well as your rights in relation to the personal information I obtain about you. 

What information do I receive about you?

Physical copy EP purchases using PayPal

I do not actively collect personal data.  Nevertheless, if you choose to purchase a physical copy of my EP using the Buy Now button on this website, PayPal, in accordance with their Privacy Policy, notify me of your purchase and send me the following:

  • your first and second names 
  • your mail address 
  • your selected postal address  

(known collectively as ‘your personal data’).

My receipt of this data is purely to facilitate your transaction and ensure you receive your physical copy of the EP.  

It should be noted, I do not receive any information regarding your method of payment.

What I do with your information and who processes it?

Physical copy EP purchases using PayPal

On receipt of your personal data from PayPal, I will onlyuse this information to facilitate your physical copy EP purchase and ensure you receive a copy of it. 

This information will be retained securely from the date of purchase for a maximum of 7 days only.  Following this period your data will be deleted, I will not process it any further and I will and do not share it with anyone else.  

Legal basis for processing your data

Performance of a contract: It is necessary to process your personal information in order to provide you with one of my products.

Why do I obtain this information?

 By submitting your personal data to PayPal, as part of the physical copy EP purchase process, I understand you are happy for me to send you a physical copy of the EP and that you understand it is necessary I receive your details to allow me to send your purchased item item to you.

How long I keep hold of your information and your rights?

 Your personal data will remain within my secure email server until your item is sent to you or within 7 days, whichever is sooner. I then delete it.

Should you wish to:

  • access a copy of
  • amend
  • delete completely
  • transfer or
  • object to me using 


    • your personal data within this 7 day timeframe, you can contact me via email at the below email address joannacooke75@gmail.comand I will ensure this happens.  Please note however, if you ask me to remove your personal data before the physical copy of the EP has been posted I will be unable to send you your item.
